I've also use Paypal for a long time the only problem I had was a frozen account, but resolved in three days, needed to confirm my identity.

I have my paypal account for about one year, I made some purchases and transactions and have no reason to complain.
One advantage is working with eBay.

Look guys, I've lived in the U.S. and was shopping on ebay, always worked and had an amazing facility, I returned to Brazil and did not have to deposit money into my paypal (in the U.S. I used my current account bank of america) I tried to buy on ebay and pay by western union, nearly killed me with the rates, a real farce.
The only chance that I thought was the international credit card megabonus the unibanco, and simple, you megabonus in real places, goes into your paypal account, register your megabonus, they will send a 4 digit password for your account and will charge megabonus 1.95 (which will be returned to your paypal account once you confirm the password of 4 digits) once you go back in paypal and confirm the password of four numbers, you only get to buy safely.

I do not know if the millennium will have some restriction on it, but I have my account linked CGD, and never had any problems.
